SMP brings you their latest unique Samalite HL3000W headlight to a whole new level, using the latest in high powered LEDs giving a massive 4100 Lumens of light, creating even brighter hands-free high powered floodlighting with long run times.
This innovative LED Head Torch is the world’s first true 180-degree wall of bright light and all round visibility for the user, ensuring maximum safety under foot and hands-free comfort lighting to work by.
To explain: When wearing this head torch and looking straight ahead, out of the corners of your eyes UP, DOWN, LEFT and RIGHT this will also be lit up so there will be no dark areas left in your vision. The HL3000W gives no concentrated spot beam as with conventional round head torches, but delivers an even anti-glare 180-degree spread of light, capable of lighting large areas outside, a loft, basement or room without having to move your head around to look at things.
The HL3000W can be purchased with either dual small DL14.8 Li-Ion batteries or Samalite PBL14.8 Lithium-Ion Powerbelt for extended run times of up to 7+ hours on high, 9+ hours Medium and 11+ hours on Low.
The small Li-Ion battery can be carried on its headband with a combined weight of only 385g, or on a waist belt using the supplied extension cable or fitted to a hard hat.
These are ideal for Railways, Utilities, Construction Workers, Maintenance Crews, Rescue Services, Scenes of Crime, Security companies and Ground Workers but also offer instant, long lasting light for leisure use.

The adjustable semi-rigid powerbelt, made from heavy-duty nylon with quick release buckle, carries the Samalite powerpack designed for heavy industrial use, using the new High Powered lightweight environmentally friendly Lithium-ION batteries, installed in a robust IP65 (curved for comfort) case.
The belt can also carry a range of other essential items. Powerbelt comes complete with ” intelligent” mains charger that is designed to look after and prolong the life and running times of the batteries.
